Shipping & Returns
Purchases goes through Paypal and Stripe Merchant Services. For shipping destinations within the EU, Swedish VAT of 25% is included. Purchases outside Europe prices are shown excl. VAT and local custom fees. Please check with your country’s customs for information regarding this. Your order will be charged in SEK and your bank will convert it to your currency using their exchange rates, so the prices may vary depending on how the currency rates are.
ORDER CONFIRMATION & SHIPPING
We ship worldwide, a flat rate shipping cost will be added to your order and displayed at checkout.
Shipping rates: Sweden 100 SEK, Scandinavia 150 SEK, Europe 250 SEK, Worldwide 350 SEK.
Delivery time to Sweden is 2-4 business days, Scandinavia 4-7 business days, Europe 4-14 business days and Outside Europe 4-14 business days. The delivery time is excluding production time, Products are produced upon order unless in stock. Hargreaves Stockholm AB's jewellery is handcrafted, manufacture time is approx. between 4-8 weeks dependent upon complexity and quantity of other pending orders.
All orders are sent via insured mail. We are currently evaluating which partners we will work with- POSTNORD/DHL/FEDEX/UPS.
If the package is not picked up, the Customer will be charged 350 SEK for freight and handling costs. This fee will not be paid back, it will be deducted from the Customer's payment.
You have the right to return your order within 14 days from the date you received the product. The product/products and the jewellery box must be returned in perfect condition, unused and undamaged. The purchase amount will be paid back for the product/products but you are responsible for the shipping cost. Items lost or damaged in return transit will not be compensated for. Hargreaves Stockholm AB is not responsible for taxes and duties when your order passes through customs, and we can’t tell you what the cost would be, as custom policies and import duties vary from country to country.
Hargreaves Stockholm AB shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is as a result of Acts of Nature (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane or other natural disaster), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (whether war is declared or not), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalization, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labor dispute, strike, lockout or interruption or failure of electricity, telephone or internet services.
In asserting Force Majeure as an excuse, Hargreaves Stockholm AB shall have the burden of proving that reasonable steps were taken (under the circumstances) to minimize delay or damages caused by foreseeable events, that all non-excused obligations were substantially fulfilled, and that the other Party was timely notified of the likelihood or actual occurrence which would justify such an assertion, so that other prudent precautions could be contemplated.
